exclusive heat resistant, erosion-resistant RXA ALLOY which offers
tensile strength 40% higher than ordinary cast iron. Completely stress relieved.
Internal design is based on hydraulic flow princliples to provide even acceleration of metal, avoiding turbulence.
Supplied with nitrided nitralloy sleeves.
Available
in R B101 copper base alloy, H-13 steel or other materials as requested by the customer.
Tips are heat-treated. The cooling chamber is cored out to provide a uniform wall
thickness for even cooling. We stock all standard sizes and can furnish specials on order.

RINGS
Rex-Buckeye stocks all standard sizes of stainless steel rings,
insuring shipment the same day that orders are received. A hardness of Rockwell C is
maintained to assure long life, minimum wear.
BURNER TIPS
Soft flame, nozzle burner tips for use with gas in
manifold arrangement to provide evenly distributed heat.
